The New Year is knocking at the door - and with it comes a whirlwind of change in public relations and communications. This January, join us for PR Horizons from PR Knowledge Hub – your essential guide to staying afloat in the year ahead.
We’ll look at what's on the 2024 global - and national - risk radar, explore who's shaking up the world of artificial intelligence and what it means for practice plus ways to be ready for the next wave of misinformation hitting our shores. There’ll be questions to answer too. How’s the sustainability and societal communication scene shaping up? Who's nailing the business of trust, and who's absolutely not? What are the latest stakeholder engagement strategies? What do you need to know about the seismic shift in search and the advent of search generative experience?
In case you missed it, 2023 was a blockbuster year for artificial intelligence and, with OpenAI's groundbreaking release of custom GPTs - just before the company’s own reputational meltdown - 2024 is shaping up to be even more challenging. For public relations and communication professionals, AI presents us with technological marvels on the one hand and ethical minefields on the other. We're the reputation lifeguards in this wild AI ocean, helping our organisations navigate safely through these uncharted waters - and you need to know what that entails. Please note ticket prices are inclusive of GST.
