Membership FAQs

Becoming a member

You can join online by registering and purchasing a PRINZ membership here

Sign into your PRINZ account or signup if you do not have a profile. Go to Fees & Join Now to view group membership plans. Select Join Now on the tier that best fits your team numbers. Enter the correct amount of seats and proceed to checkout.

Fees are valid for one year (12 months) from the date of purchase or renewal. More on fees here.

Individual Membership – $355 + GST

Unwaged Membership – $10 + GST

Group Membership (4-10) – $343 + GST Per Member

Group Membership (11-20) – $323 + GST Per Member

Group Membership (21+) – $304 + GST Per Member

Managing memberships

Go to your Member Dashboard, click on Team to view your team. Click on Add Member. Now you can enter the emails of your team members and add them to your team.

You can easily manage your team online! Go to your Member Dashboard and click on Team to add, remove and manage your membership.

PRINZ memberships are valid for 12 months. To view your membership status, head over to your Member Dashboard – My Membership – Manage. Here you will see your membership start and expiration dates.

To stop our emails from being sent to spam in the future, you can unmark an email as a spam or move it to your main inbox folder. To do so, open the email and look for Not Spam or Never Block Sender options (depending on the email you use). You can also add our email address to your contacts. 

Renewing memberships

If you’re trying to renew your membership or the membership gets removed from your cart, please take the following steps,

Log in to your PRINZ account – Head to Fees/Join Now – Select the membership you want to purchase. 

Now you should be able to proceed to the payment. If you’re still unable to proceed, please contact us.
