All Eyes by Pead grows with three senior appointments
All Eyes, the standalone creative agency launched by Pead in May, has strengthened its senior team with three appointments spanning integrated communications, client leadership and production.
Shona Wercholuk joins as Account Director, alongside Emily Sayes, who returned to Pead in June as Account Director. Maddie Price also joins All Eyes as Senior Account Manager.
Led by Pead Partner Sarah Munnik, All Eyes was launched to help brands earn attention through creative work that moves quickly from idea to execution. The agency works across FMCG, energy and automotive, with clients including Best Foods, Lodestone Energy and GWM.
“Since launching in May, we’ve seen strong momentum, both in the amount of work coming through and the range of challenges clients are bringing us,” says Munnik. “We’re now working across brand identity, integrated campaigns and large-scale activations. These appointments mean we can keep building on that without losing the agility, senior attention and straightforward way of working that clients come to us for.”
Wercholuk brings extensive experience leading integrated communications and creative campaigns. As Account Director, she will focus on building client partnerships and guiding cross-channel campaigns from strategy through to delivery.
Sayes brings a background in corporate communications and experience across marketing and PR. Her role spanning All Eyes and Pead’s Corporate and Consumer teams helps connect expertise across disciplines for clients with integrated briefs.
Price brings production management expertise alongside strengths in client leadership, project management and campaign delivery. She will play a central role in managing the production and execution of integrated campaigns, bringing together the people and processes needed to turn ideas into finished work.
More growth in corporate communications
Pead has also appointed Arabella Mitchell as Senior Account Manager in its Corporate team. With close to a decade of experience in PR and communications, Mitchell has worked with brands including Winning Group, DENZA and Lemon & Beaker. Her expertise spans media relations, brand storytelling and integrated campaigns.
The appointments strengthen the mix of creative, consumer and corporate communications expertise available across All Eyes and Pead.
