Andrew Moffat

Andrew is the Communications and Marketing Lead at Sport Taranaki.

With a background in media and heritage he has worked in several non-profit communications roles since 2019.

He completed his Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) in 2023 and is enjoying tackling all the challenges and changes that come his way working across the community from grass roots to governance levels.

He is proud to be flying the flag for the ‘blokes’ on the PRINZ Taranaki sub-committee.

Rochelle West

Rochelle West is a Corporate Communications Specialist with energy infrastructure company Powerco. With a background in journalism, Rochelle has worked in public relations for 15 years, during which time she’s jointly run a successful communications and writing business with her husband in Taranaki. During her time with Powerco, she’s led or been part of teams that have executed award-winning campaigns and projects, including Gold in Community Relations and Engagement at the 2023 PRINZ Awards.

Sarah Foy

Sarah is a senior communications advisor with a history of working in arts, health, iwi social services and government.

She undertook her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) in 2020 in the throes of COVID lockdowns, which bolstered the relevancy of her learning and meant working from home took on a whole new meaning!

Sarah is proudly based in Taranaki and believes strongly in regional collaboration and the might of learning from each other to improve understanding of an ethical communications profession.

Her introduction to words and telling stories came via her training as a journalist and the years she spent turning interviews into news and feature articles.

She has been a PRINZ judge and is thrilled to be part of a Taranaki sub-committee with a vision to connect people and shine a spotlight on the best region in the country!

Sarah Semenoff

Sarah is a Taranaki-based communications professional with over 20 years’ experience working in communications, marketing and change management in the banking and energy sectors.

She’s also a Mum of two, an avid reader and her favourite app is Spotify – to curate the perfect soundtrack to her life. She’ll tell you her favourite band is The Smiths, but secretly it’s Enya.

Sarah has been at Powerco for the last four years and in her current role she provides strategic brand and content guidance.

She loves collaborating with people to create captivating and engaging content.
