Wellington Social Resilience Event

May 16 @ 5:15 pm - 11:00 pm

$11.50 – $23.00

16th May @ 5:15pm

Feeling like your resilience is taking a hit in the current climate? Then come give yourself a boost by joining PRINZ and IABC for an evening of social resilience, a known way to increase your wellbeing in times of uncertainty.

Join us for a drink and a nibble and pick up some tips on boosting your resilience from Marketing and Communications leader and Professional Coach, Lindsey Brittain, as well as a market update from Robert Walters on how recruitment is looking as we head towards the end of the financial year.

Lindsey says: “A strong social support network provides a sense of belonging and validation, reminding you that you’re not alone.

Social resilience is not just about receiving support; it’s also about giving it. Actively taking part in your Marketing & Comms communities and giving people a helping hand not only strengthens your connections but also boosts your sense of purpose and self-worth.”

So come and connect with those you know, and build new relationships, to give you a much- needed boost during these uncertain times.

Lindsey Brittain, Director of Turas Consulting & Coaching Limited

With over two decades as a change agent in Marketing, Communications, and Business Management, Lindsey epitomises resilience. From pivotal roles in the public and private sector to the creation of Turas meaning ‘journey’ in Scottish Gaelic, her journey is testament to unwavering determination and adaptability.

She’s experienced the challenges first-hand and recognises the importance of resilience in overcoming obstacles and achieving success in the realm of Marketing & Communications leadership.  She says: “There aren’t many coaches for leaders in Marketing & Comms who are also a practitioner.  I get it – I’ve travelled the road myself and there’s not much I haven’t seen or done.”

Through Turas, she equips leaders with the tools to rise above stereotypes, dismantle hierarchies, and overcome bureaucratic hurdles.  She’s passionate about helping leaders to find the space, power and resilience to be remarkable in their own right, to transcend industry norms and rise to new heights in their personal and professional lives.  In essence, to make remarkable within reach.
