Louis Hartley
Public and Government Affairs Advisor – BoydPR

Louis is a Public Affairs professional with experience across Government, infrastructure, agency, and corporate sectors. Currently working with Mobil Oil New Zealand at BoydPR, he advises senior leadership on reputation, policy, and stakeholder strategy in a complex industry. His career began with Parliamentary Services and had since spanned roles at Chorus and GRC Partners + Porter Novelli, where he led integrated campaigns and media relations for a range of clients.

Louis is passionate about meaningful storytelling, corporate communications, and the role public relations practitioners have in shaping the future of Aotearoa, “PR is all about people. How you connect, listen, and build strong relationships is what makes the work meaningful.”

Zarina Hewlett

Senior Account Executive – One plus One Communications

Zarina Hewlett joined One Plus One Communications in 2024 as a Senior Account Executive. Prior to that, she spent nearly three years at MediaWorks as a Digital Content and Podcast Producer, where she was responsible for scheduling, scripting, editing podcasts, and writing content for digital platforms.

She’s drawn to PR for its variety—no two days are the same. Whether it’s building campaigns or connecting with people, she enjoys the constant challenges and the opportunity to grow her skill set. What continues to surprise her is how quickly priorities can shift and just how diverse the role can be.

Outside of work, Zarina plays football, enjoys tabletop role-playing games like Dungeons & Dragons, and hosts weekend radio shifts on 95bFM.

Lincoln Tua

Public Relations Associate at GRC Partners + Porter Novelli

Lincoln Tua  joined GRC Partners + Porter Novelli fresh out of university in July 2025 as a Public Relations Associate. He graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Communications majoring in Public Relations and Accounting, with many stints in retail and customer service roles along the way. In his role, he supports the team across a range of client work, including writing, planning, media research, and intelligence gathering.

Outside of work, Lincoln loves playing sports. He enjoys running out for the Mangere East Hawks whenever the team sheet allows. He also likes to think of himself as a bit of a creative, with a background in photography and videography.

Ally Orr

Communication Manager at Air NZ

Ally Orr is a dedicated communications professional, currently a Communications Manager at Air New Zealand, and previously spent five years at Woolworths New Zealand. Her strengths lie in protecting and promoting reputation, having delivered media and external communications strategies for high-profile business launches, financial results, and community crises.
