26th and 27th August @ 9:30am-12:00pm

Overview

In our brave new world, the connection between machines and humans is transforming organisations, positioning internal communicators as both conduit and counsel. Strong internal relationships are essential for effective external relations. Good internal communication enhances the employee experience, drives change, and builds confidence in organisational culture – but it can’t be left to chance.

This course will deepen your understanding of internal communications and its vital role in today’s world. It provides practical solutions to both new and longstanding internal communication challenges. You will discover and experiment with AI assistants, explore ethical considerations, and assess the impact of AI on the employee experience. We will also address the pressures on internal communication and organisational culture caused by economic recession, job cuts, and budget restrictions, determining how to balance the use of AI with maintaining employee engagement.

Over two mornings, combine your expertise with the power of AI to improve how we engage, inform, and inspire teams. Sign up today to take the first step towards enhancing your organisation’s connectivity and culture. Position yourself as a future practitioner, setting the benchmarks for best practices in the age of AI.

You will cover:

• AI – the new vanguard for internal communicators

• Everyday AI – meet the technologies already in play

• The Toolkit – how to use the tools to reshape internal dialogues

• Unleash the bots – hyper-personalisation in the workplace

• Curating with flair – AI’s content mastery
