Who we are
Founded by communications specialist Sanjana France, Vibrant is built on more than 12 years of hands-on experience across sectors including infrastructure, transport, governance, and community development. Sanjana has led crisis communications, managed high-profile campaigns, built stakeholder trust, and delivered events of all sizes. She combines practical, detail-driven delivery with a big-picture perspective that ensures every piece of work supports your wider goals.

With a Master of Management (Sustainability) underway, a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) in Communications and Marketing, a National Diploma in Project Management, and governance training through the Governance New Zealand Effective Director Programme, Sanjana brings both proven expertise and fresh insight. She is also a proud member of the Public Relations Institute of New Zealand.
