Real Communications is a public relations and communications consultancy specialising in real stories about people taking positive action to improve the world around them. We work with you to create insightful communications strategies and deliver on-point content to your target audience.

Director Gina McKenzie has over 20 years of journalism and communications experience both in New Zealand and overseas.

She’s passionate about the power of positive storytelling and believes that focusing on positive communication provides outstanding benefits for clients. Gina is committed to supporting her local community and donates 15 per cent of her time to pro bono clients, mentoring and networking events.

Real Communications has a fantastic team of experienced staff including videographers, designers, artists, photographers and sound editors who work with Gina to produce outstanding communications content.

We work with a wide range of clients including local government, the rural sector, construction and environmental services. We choose to work with clients who share our values of actively supporting their local communities and taking action to create positive social change.
