Overview
Prior to the announcement by the New Zealand Government to mandate the COVID-19 vaccine, SkyCity Auckland established a goal to ensure 100% of its workforce were vaccinated against COVID-19. Attempting to get our 2800 Auckland employees fully vaccinated during another COVID-19 lockdown was not an easy feat. In response to this challenge, the SkyCity Internal Communications team executed a thorough plan that used creativity, empathy, and the influence of community leaders (including a certain pink-haired microbiologist) to inform and empower our people to roll up their sleeves and get vaccinated. Amy and Vena will share their insights from their journey to keep SkyCity employees safe.
Learn how SkyCity Internal Communications team executed their plan to inform and empower people to roll up their sleeves and get vaccinated and overall help people and communities to be protected against COVID-19.
