Strahan Wallis
Strahan is the CEO of Clemenger Group. He is an accredited member and Fellow of PRINZ.
Clemenger Group is Toitu Carbon Net Zero across all its agencies in New Zealand. Clemenger Group has been working with Toitu to audit, manage and reduce carbon emissions for eight years and is committed to further reductions. The Group is part of the establishment and is a keen supporter of Ad Net Zero in New Zealand, a carbon reduction initiative in the Advertising industry.
Nikki Wright
Founded in 2006 with a focus on sustainability, Wright Communications continues to be at the forefront of ESG reporting and sustainability storytelling. Managing Director Nikki Wright, FPRINZ, leads a team of talented communications professionals at her B Corp certified agency based in Shortland St, Auckland. The agency supports a broad range of companies, public sector and not-for-profit organisations and has been named the PRINZ Agency of the Year three times.
Nikki values long-term partnerships with clients and uses PR to lead on issues that matter to all of Aotearoa New Zealand. Through her work with some of New Zealand’s leading brands, she has developed a deep understanding of the value that a sustainability focus brings to an organisation and of international best practice ESG reporting.

Justin Courtney
Justin Courtney is the director of Dawn Chorus Consulting and weather and climate data company Metris. He has 20 years’ experience in sustainability, communications, marketing and policy roles with experience in food, fibre, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and the transport sector.
He is the Chair of Metris, which provides climate and weather analysis and forecasting to the horticulture and viticulture sector to assist companies as they adapt to climate.
While on the executive team of global food exporter Silver Fern Farms, he established a leading sustainability programme and ran communications for over 8 years. In that time, Silver Fern Farms became New Zealand’s first meat company to have a verified carbon footprint with an industry-leading emissions reduction programme. He was also involved as Chair of the New Zealand branch of the Global Roundtable for sustainable beef.
Justin’s expertise is in building sustainability programmes that assist in how companies communicate with their community about their relevance as well as the value and richness they add to society.
