Overview

This workshop addresses two essential skill sets for today’s leaders: effective delegation and impactful communication. 

One of the toughest areas of communication to master is the art of having courageous conversations and providing feedback to others that enhances trust and is effective.

In this workshop, you’ll learn why communication skills matter, common challenges, and practical techniques to improve communication, leadership skills and build positive relationships. 

Furthermore, we’ll tackle the challenges of delegation, providing practical tools and strategies to confidently delegate tasks, empower your teams, and boost productivity. While skills learned will be focused on the workplace setting – they can be applied across personal, professional, manager, peer to peer team and client relationships.

  • Understand the importance of courageous conversations and effective feedback.
  • Identify common challenges and barriers in having tough conversations.
  • Learn a simple framework and practical techniques for delivering feedback that is clear, specific, and actionable.
  • Practice giving and receiving feedback
  • Learn about delegation, why it’s important and the common challenges. 
  • Create a plan for incorporating delegation and feedback into the team’s daily work.
