26th March, 2nd & 9th April 2025 @ 9:30am - 11:00am (3x Morning Sessions)

Overview

Unleash your creativity and learn how to use empathy as a superpower. At this online workshop from industry experts, you’ll harness new ways to craft compelling stories and connect with a wider range of people.

This course is for all communications professionals – at any stage of their career – who want to learn how to gather deep audience insights and use them to positively influence and persuade leaders, build common ground and develop more effective communications strategies.

Why do this course?

In an increasingly fragmented society, it’s more important than ever to understand how values motivate people to action. In this fun, fast-paced workshop – run over two mornings – participants will discover practical frameworks for uncovering their core values and the values of their leaders, stakeholders and audiences. They’ll also learn the art of empathy interviewing – a tool for revealing deeper insights – and practice crafting stories that stick.

This is a practical course where members can connect with peers, work through exercises in groups, and take away a handbook packed with tools and techniques for applying their new skills in the wild.

Brought to you by human-centred communications agency Mitra and PRINZ.

This course counts towards CPD hours. All participants will be awarded a certificate of attendance.
