Events are back on the agenda. If you are responsible for organising events and have been wondering how to create an event that delivers your objectives with flair, on time, on budget with minimal stress, then this one day workshop is for you.
Events can be challenging as you do not have a chance to rewind or say ‘cut’ to start again. There are no second chances.
In this interactive training session, you will learn a bit of theory to back your thinking through to producing a project plan and how to deal with media attending (or not attending) your event. In one day, you will learn the key elements of creating a successful event.
- What health and safety measures are essential today
- How to find creative solutions on a limited budget
- Producing a Project Management Plan that includes the budget
- How to work with the media at your event
- You will become more confident in your thinking and actions when making important decisions about your event
- No matter how big or how intimate your event is, you will have the skills to deliver an event that accomplishes your goals
This course will be held online and links will be provided the day prior. Please check your spam box in case our email is incorrectly filed.
