DESCRIPTION:April 22 & 23 9:30am-12:00pm						\n					\n				\n				\n			\n			\n		\n				\n				\n					\n		\n					\n		\n				\n				\n							OverviewThis course is designed to equip public relations and communication professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to develop and implement advanced digital strategies in the rapidly evolving landscape of artificial intelligence (AI). Participants will explore the integration of AI technologies in digital communication and online relationship management\, customer and stakeholder engagement\, content creation and data analysis. Over two mornings\, shared practical insights and hands-on experience will help professionals get to grips with AI and advance their digital strategies with confidence. Core Content• Evolution and transformation – how AI has turned digital on its head• Hyper-personalisation – stakeholder connection strategies• Search Generative Experience – the new discovery frontier• Ethical digital strategies• Designing data driven strategies• Implementation and AI – future pathways• Inside the toolbox – content creation at pace• Simplifying social – managing misinformation Learning outcomesBy the end of this course\, participants will have a deeper understanding of how to integrate AI into their digital strategies\, create AI-driven content and evaluate the impact of these technologies on their organisation’s digital presence. They will gain practical skills to help them adapt and thrive in the AI-enhanced digital landscape. This session aligns with the Global Capability Framework\, specifically professional capabilities:• To provide valued counsel and be a trusted advisor• To offer organisational leadership• To work within an ethical framework on behalf of the organisation\, in line with professionaland societal expectations• To develop self and others including continuing professional learning Zoom links will go out closer to the date to allow for those last minute sign ups!
