And as we continue into what could be a difficult year for many workplaces\, keeping employees engaged will be more important than ever. But what does an inspiring employee engagement model look like? Having lived in Thailand and the UK\, Alissa moved to Aotearoa New Zealand in 2022 and is based in Wellington.
