In this workshop\, Coach and IFS practitioner Simone Denny will help you understand how your nervous system responds under pressure\, and why you may find yourself reacting rather than responding. You’ll learn practical tools to regulate your state in real time\, so you can respond with greater clarity and capacity – even in demanding environments. 						\n				\n					\n		\n					\n		\n				\n						\n					\n			\n						\n						\n					\n			\n						\n				\n							Your presenter is..Simone Denny is a trauma-informed coach\, Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner\, mindfulness facilitator\, and Emotional Culture Deck practitioner specialising in emotional resilience\, nervous system regulation\, and performance under pressure. With a background in psychology and over 12 years working in investment banking\, Simone brings both lived experience of high-pressure environments and deep psychological insight to her work. She supports individuals and teams to understand how they respond under pressure\, navigate complex emotional states\, and develop the capacity to stay clear\, regulated and effective in demanding environments. Her work integrates evidence-based approaches with practical\, real-world application\, helping clients move beyond reactivity and overwhelm to more grounded\, intentional ways of working and leading.Simone works with both individuals and organisations through coaching\, workshops\, and immersive experiences.
