27th & 28th August 2025 @ 9:30am - 11:30am (2x morning sessions)
Overview
In the aftermath of restructure, realignment, or ongoing change, most teams don’t need more direction. They need reconnection to purpose, to each other, and to the kind of leadership that creates clarity without control.
Lead What Matters Most is a practical, reflective, and confidence-building two-part workshop designed to support leaders as they realign their teams and rebuild collective confidence during or after change.
This is not just a skills workshop. It’s a space to:
- Pause
- Reground your own leadership identity and reset how you lead
- Create meaningful alignment and reconnection across your team with tools you can trust.
This session is ideal for communicators who are:
- Newly appointed leaders of teams going through restructure or significant change
- Existing leaders realigning or re-energising their team post-restructure after role or responsibility change
- Leaders looking to create clarity, connection and confidence in their people in a way that feels true to who they are and their team.
Whether you’re leading through uncertainty or rebuilding momentum, this session gives you tools, structure, and reassurance that you’re leading the real work that matters most and sticks.
What You’ll Learn
- How to assess where your team is aligned, and where it’s drifting, so you can meet their real needs now
- Use practical tools to guide meaningful conversations that strengthen identity and rebuild trust
- Design a team alignment session you can run with clarity and confidence
- Anchor your facilitation style in what feels authentic — not performative
- Gain reassurance through guided feedback, peer support, and coaching
- Leave with the structure, tools, and presence to lead what matters most.
Workshop Outcomes
By the end of this workshop, you will:
- Understand what your team needs most and why
- Strengthen your identity as a leader of team alignment, not just a manager of outputs
- Create a workshop that responds to your team’s real challenges with empathy and structure
- Practice how to guide conversations that build trust, not just tick boxes
- Leave with a clearer sense of how to lead from the inside out with the tools and presence to back it up
