May 2 @ 9:30 am - 4:30 pm

$622.00 – $930.00

Overview

If you are responsible for organising events this year, and have been wondering how to create an event that delivers your objectives with flair, on time, on budget with minimal stress, then this one day workshop is for you.

Events can be challenging as you do not have a chance to rewind or say ‘cut’ to start again. There are no second chances.

In this interactive training session, you will learn a bit of theory to back your thinking through to producing a project plan and how to deal with media attending (or not attending) your event. In one day, you will learn the key elements of creating a successful event.

Key content

  • What health and safety measures are essential today
  • How to find creative solutions on a limited budget
  • How to write an Event Strategy that includes a SWOT
  • Producing a Project Management Plan that includes the budget
  • How to work with the media at your event
  • You will become more confident in your thinking and actions when making important decisions about your event
  • No matter how big or how intimate your event is, you will have the skills to deliver an event that accomplishes your goals

Please note, this course will take place in Auckland however the location is still to be confirmed
